Often times buyers and sellers are uprooting their nest as a result of some pretty important life changes. Divorce, death, birth, new job, loss of job, new schools, new friends and a lot of other changes. As you probably know, many people don't do well with change and the stress of moving the nest gets to them. As a result, many buyers and sellers begin to act out in child like ways. They resort to drama. Often their real estate agent will buy into this drama behavior and become part of the problem, rather than the solution.
