I am mistaken for the Roger Ewing of Gunsmoke fame quite often. When I look at early photos I see the resemblance and understand why people would assume I am the same individual. Real estate has been my only career besides teaching in the early days. If you want to become successful in this business, it is all about networking. 85% of all our business is referral based. I highly recommend looking up Brian Buffinni. He is a real estate trainer who specializes in working by referral. His programs are excellent. Best wishes, Roger JD, thanks for your comments.
